Modern sustainable houses by Nikos Koukourakis & Associates

Nearly 70% of the lighting fixtures within the residence use LED technology. Furthermore, the house has been designed with a domotic – smart house system which allows for further benefits in energy consumption. There isn’t anything unnecessary in its flat surfaces and color theme. The house is very well connected with a flat garden with big openings and features its great views and views of the lush pine trees. A lot of attention was paid to the principles of sustainable architectural design. This house is located in Dionyssos in the prefecture of Attica, Greece. It’s a great example of pure, clean, and modern residential architecture designed by architect Nikos Koukourakis and his associates.

The interior was redone and the exterior was expanded to include a large canopy and pool house. The house has become a great place to live somewhere between indoors and outdoors thanks to all large glazings and comfy terraces. The object of the remodel was to enhance the architectural integrity of this mid-century modern house. The roof was removed and clearstories were added on the South and North sides of the house. This is a remodel of a house built by Mossman and Gladden in 1961. It’s done by Jon Anderson Architecture and won many awards over the years.

The furniture is meant to be used in the middle of the room to allow both sides to be experienced and can thereby also function as a room divider. The shape and the textile expression is developed in unity, and it is exactly in the meeting of textile and furniture that Split Personality comes into character. The sofa is padded in lanes which could be used to create a customizable coloring on the back by allowing the lanes to be changed by the end user. This new sofa is designed by Ditte Maigaard from Ditte Maigaard Studio is based on idea of differences in a relationship. It’s called Split Personality and is developed from from a view of two opposite personalities.

By the way, the holder is suitable not only for magazines but also for photos or pictures.
